Pull request overview
Updates the Azure SDK for Java repository’s CODEOWNERS mappings for the Container Service area to reflect new individual service owners, ensuring PRs touching /sdk/containerservice/ route to the intended reviewers while ownership processes for GitHub teams are clarified.
Changes:
- Added a CODEOWNERS rule to assign
/sdk/containerservice/PR ownership to@elvazhu521and@FumingZhang. - Updated the
%Container Serviceservice label ownership to the same new owners.

The individual owners are used while the Azure SDK team clarifies the process for granting CODEOWNERS-valid access to an existing GitHub team.
